Bankruptcy Process In Tucson
It Is As Easy As 1,2 3……. Everything can be completed remotely on the phone, Docusign and Zoom. You do not have to leave you home in order to complete this entire process. Don’t get me wrong. You are always welcome to come to my office at 4011 E. Broadway Blvd. Suite #200, which is on the north side of Broadway between Alvernon and Columbus if you prefer.
Step 1
You must deliver some documents to me. I will provide you with a list and options on how to deliver them to me. You must also complete a 90 minute Credit Counseling Class online that I will enroll you in.
Step 2
I will prepare your bankruptcy Petition and you must sign it. I can send you a DocuSign or you can come to my office to sign.
Step 3
You must attend a short and simple hearing with the bankruptcy trustee. I will attend the hearing with you and coach you on the questions and answers. It is simple. Do not stress over this. This hearing happens online, on Zoom, so you can attend from home, or you can come to my office and we will help you with Zoom.
